Receptionality provides world-class virtual receptionist services for our clients by efficiently answering calls and giving each customer a positive experience.

Our clients have entrusted us to professionally manage and assist their customers who are calling them with questions or requests. We aim to manage each individual call in a polite, informative and welcoming manner.

We are looking for dynamic people who can handle phone calls for our clients who come from diverse industries, assisting callers with their enquiries, scheduling appointments and providing a great customer experience.

We will provide in-depth training to you based on client requirements, so you will have the confidence to answer customer queries effectively. We are a strong close-knit team who support one another to perform to the best of our abilities.


  • This is a position based at home so you will have to manage your time effectively and productively. This, of course, comes with the added benefit of not having to commute to and from work daily.
  • You should be confident to learn and understand our clients business and industry to support their customers fully over the phone. You will have training, guidance and support from the team to deliver this.
  • You should be professional, pleasant and empathetic to ensure we do the best by our clients in treating their customers positively leaving a great impact. Our core job is to keep customers happy and in turn keeping our clients elated with the service we provide.
  • Organisational skills are hugely important when dealing with multiple customers who might be contacting us with a range of different queries. We must record information, messages and action points with precision at all times.
  • The ability to multi-task and remain level headed is essential. We deal with stress by using humour and smiling. We have a team where we share, learn and de-stress to ensure we perform in the best way possible.


  • We aim to provide a service for our clients which is above and beyond their expectations. We want positive feedback from customers and our interactions to be a talking point between customers and the client.
  • We follow the clients instructions carefully and understand when it is appropriate to step outside of this and when to escalate this internally.
  • We offer additional help as and when required by the client to make their life easier. Offer to return calls and offer additional support where you can.
  • Give specific and detailed information to the client about their customer calls which enables them to efficiently sift through this information.
  • Think outside of the box when needed, be creative, add some follow-up questions if you feel this will help the client know more about the customer, do not be afraid to share ideas about how we can improve.
  • Make promises which you know you can keep and be known as a reliable go-to person. This means answering calls promptly, making quick assessments and doing your best to solve a situation.


  • Proficiency in using a computer with a keyboard and mouse to answer calls and make simultaneous notes.
  • Typing at 40 words per minute or higher and being able to multitask.
  • Using different software programs when required to input data (do not worry we train you with this fully).
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to be professional and helpful with the ability to listen and understand the key queries.


  • You should be based in the UK and be fluent in English.
  • You have access to a fast and reliable computer/laptop.
  • You have a quiet work environment during business hours.
  • Stable high speed internet connection.
  • Can-do attitude so you enjoy what you do.
  • A good sense of humour.
